Exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst - 1st Line / Tier 1 to join our client, supporting customers across the UK.
This role will offer progression to 2nd and 3rd line.
You should ideally have experience in some or all of the following;
This is a hands on technical support role, you'll be involved in resolving technical issues NOT just logging calls. This opportunity would suit someone with a genuine interest in IT who has strong trouble shooting skills.
You can expect;
A salary of up to £24k is being offered, dependant upon experience.
