Position: Lettings Negotiator in Residential Lettings

Package: Upto £20k basic + Commission - £25k OTE

Location: Manchester

The Role: A fantastic opportunity for a career driven Lettings Negotiator to join a boutique independent agent based in North Manchester. As a lettings negotiator working with a market leading lettings brand you will be responsible for property viewings, letting properties, registering applicants, carrying out administrative duties and ensuring you provide a first class service.

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency / Lettings experience or sales experience with a targeted role.
• Presentable.
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
• To be able to work as part of a team.
