A leading international law firm, with a strong reputation are looking for a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering support to a mixed fee earning population. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with performance
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Carry out probation reviews
  • Advise on policies and procedures
  • Absence management
  • Coaching line managers
  • Assist with the salary, bonus and benefits review process
  • Monitoring career development
  • Running MI reports
  • Managing projects and working with specialist teams

Job Requirements

You will have previous HR advisory experience and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
