Purpose of the role:

• To generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities for the group
• To create the largest active market share of any agent in the area Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
• Personally generate fee income from daily activities
• Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention
• Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice
• Ensure that staff are focussed on Core Priorities of the business
• Recruit and develop successful teams and individuals who have long term careers with the company
