Technical Service Manager - Mon-Fri - 70% Office + 30% Field based/on-site - 45-55k + company car + flexible OT
We are looking for a technical service manager to join our successful team based in Feltham. We are a successful manufacturing company who produce corporate turnstiles that you will find in most commercial buildings. This role will be integral to the continued growth of the business and will be split into three main areas - Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance and Technical Support.
As the technical service manager you will be in charge of completing all RAMS (Risk Assessments/Method Statements) for new customers work, you will also be working alongside and project managing the 3rd party contracts on the installations of our products.
The maintenance and technical support aspects will be completed in person and via the phone/video with the support of the technical support team. The role suits an individual from a field service background looking to take the next step in their career into a more senior position, whilst keeping a practical element to their role.
As our products use electrical and electronic components, understanding and education in these areas are essential. As you will be onsite working to install and deliver our product to the customers specification you will be customer facing and any experience in this would be great.
