A modern Secondary SEN School in Southwark are looking for a confident SEN TA to support vulnerable learners with SEMH and Behavioural Needs. You will be encouraging the development of their Functional Life Skills and leading individualised interventions. Be comfortable collaborating with the Class Teacher and building good relationships with pupil’s parents. Ideally, you will be confident presenting fresh ideas in team meetings to influence the direction of the School.
We are looking for a calm and diligent SEN Teaching Assistant who:
- Has experience leading interventions and supporting SEMH and Behaviour Needs
- Ideally has a background in Psychology or Mental Heath
- Holds a valid DBS/Police Check – both Child and Adult DBS will be ideal for wider responsibility around the school
- Immediately available
