I am looking for an Associate Director - Quantity Surveying to join my client who are a rapidly growing, privately owned design consultancy. My clients expanding team are looking for talented, forward thinking individuals to join them. As a growing business, they offer a wealth of opportunities for the right individuals. Associate Director - Quantity Surveying Package:
£60,000 to £70,000 salary
Paid overtime at all levels

Associate Director - Quantity Surveying Role:
Ø Managing a team of quantity surveyors providing NEC commercial management
Ø Coordination and delivery of various commercial projects
Ø Ensuring consultancy services are delivered as laid out within the service plan, meeting client requirements and expectations
Ø Contributing to the growth of the wider business.

Associate Director - Quantity Surveying Requirements:
Ø Have a degree in a construction or quantity surveying related discipline
Ø Be a member of a recognised professional body such as the RICS
Ø Have a minimum of 3 years' experience at Associate Director level
Ø Have demonstrable experience in leading quantity surveying commissions and managing others
Ø Have a broad professional skill set, covering all core competencies of the quantity surveying discipline
Ø Have a demonstrable specialism in at least one quantity surveying competency
Ø Have a strong working knowledge of the NEC form of contract
Ø Be client focused and understand the importance of delivering on time and within budget
Ø Be an excellent communicator and confident public speaker
Ø Be a self-motivated team player that demonstrates excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Ø Consider sustainability, collaboration, innovation and integrity in all aspects of their work.

Associate Director - Quantity Surveying Desirables:
Ø Have experience working as a NEC Project Manager
Ø Have attained the NEC ECC Project Manager Accreditation
Ø Have experience advising on best practice cost analysis, cost forecasting, cost control, commercial assurance, project analysis / reporting and risk management for large scale capital programmes
Ø Have experience in business development, bidding, recruitment and other internal business management functions.
