We are delighted to be working with a leading health charity for Trust Manager position to join its highly successful and growing Partnerships and Philanthropy Team. This brand-new position will head up the Trusts and Foundations income stream and secure gifts by researching, developing and writing compelling funding bids and reports. The charity has an ongoing warm pipeline of funders and are looking to maximise opportunities for growth and capitalize on new opportunities for multi-year funding.

The charity are looking for an experienced fundraising professional with knowledge of the UK funding landscape, philanthropy and fundraising methods. The postholder will be responsible for the development and deliver of an annual strategy that achieve a six-figure income target and will monitor and report on this income pipeline.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Generating six-figure plus income from charitable trusts and foundations
• Developing compliance, monitoring and evaluation frameworks within funding propositions
• Developing and implementing successful pipeline and stewardship strategies to achieve significant strategic growth

Salary: £36,000-£38,000

Location: Bath/Bristol with flexibility for office work as necessary
