This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic NPD team as Assistant Product Development Manager, you will be working on Skincare and Nutritional supplements. Using your high level of organisation and creativity you will support the NPD and product portfolio to deliver the completion of projects within budget and with reflective cost analysis. You will guide and coordinate development projects that contribute to business growth.

Use your on-point project management skills to strategically evaluate new product opportunities, and balance this with a schedule of planned product discontinuations. Keeping the product catalogue fresh and receptive to new developments in the industry.

You will create and develop commercially viable concepts that will generate growth and have a distinct competitive advantage, keeping an eye on the latest trends and innovation to develop highly effective skin care products aligned with the brand’s sustainability values.

You see problems as opportunities to think outside the box and work with the rest of the business to make sure everything is compliant and on track.

You must have a proven track record of skin care and nutritional supplement product development experience.

You will forge strong relationships with the Product Development team as you work to support the delivery of category objectives. Using your excellent communication to liaise with both internal and external suppliers, your key priority will be to assist in the NPD pipeline functioning sustainably and efficiently.
