Based in Birmingham and the rate is £17.01ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Tenancy Services Officer. To cover a wide area including Wolverhampton, Staffordshire and West Mids.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience of dealing with complex ASB and Safeguarding cases all the way through to going to court; high level of legal knowledge and understanding; and challenging statutory agencies.

Will be based in Birmingham for mileage purposes and must deduct return home to work mileage from each journey claimed.
