Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Support Analyst | MS Gold Partner | £40,000

Pearson Carter are currently Working alongside a nationwide Microsoft Gold Partner who are a cloud focused company which specializes in the full range of products. They work fully remote and will continue to do so for the foreseeable. They wish to grow and expand which means they are looking for likeminded and motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to existing Dynamics 365 customers.
• Log and process any support cases for our Dynamics 365 customers.
• Ensure all support calls are effectively managed.
• Liaise with Microsoft when applicable for support.
• Process all stages of the project and inform customers/project managers of progress or any issues that have been raised.

Experience

• Dynamics 365 experience is essential
• Understanding of the concepts around C#/.net development
• Knowledge of Data and application integration to and from Dynamics CRM.
• Power BI knowledge will be advantageous.
• Previous experience working in a Technical Support/Dynamics Implementation role.
• MUST be able to learn on the job.

 Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up too: £40,000.

Location

This Microsoft gold partner offer a fully remote role.
