Profectus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an International organisation based in Reading on the search for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This successful applicant is going to be required to help and support end users of the client’s software packages. You will be working with both internal and external customers on a daily basis and required to provide them with excellent customer service. You will be communicating by email, telephone and F2F, dependant on the problem in question. This position requires someone who can react well and quickly to situations, having the ability to provide helpful and useful information in a timely manner.
Ideally you will have experience previously within a Software Support or Application Support type of role and have the willingness to pick up and become an advocate for their unique Software.
Longer term the position will become more client facing involving onsite support for rollouts of the software as well as client demos & implementations allowing for significant career progression.
