We're working with a start up based in Central London who are looking to add a Data Scientist to their team. You'll take ownership of ML Models which power their product as well as owning the roadmap. They need someone who focuses on results and uses analytics to drive growth. The business will be the first customer-centric insurance business to offer services and products to the market via an App and have seen a surge in their marketspace. 

You'll be building ML models used for their products (Risk, pricing, claims etc) and will also build dashboards using tools like Tableau, Data Studio etc. They need someone who will support the engineering and product teams in implementing analysis of A/B and ensure data flows securely between systems.

Experience:
- 3+ years experience in Data Science & Analysis
- Have a solid understanding of SQL, Python & R.
- Using/Understanding ML methods.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Data Studio to help the team access data.
- Have an analytical mindset.
