Software Development Manager – role:

Software Development – general planning & delivering; reengineering and architectural; implementation; technical delivery; build, packaging; source control; migrating features from desktop to web-based / cloud; selecting new technologies.

Leading – a team of around 5 developers, but interfacing with other global teams: setting goals, career development, mentoring, etc.

Software Development Manager – the person:

Candidates must have prior hands-on software development (software product) experience, together with leading software developer teams with:

• Lean / Agile experience
• Creating both desktop and cloud-based applications
• Good developer tools / SDLC systems (e.g. continuous integration, version control, build, deployment, test frameworks)

Location: 

The company operates a remote policy. The offices are based in the UK but this role can be based from either the UK or Sweden.  Any Swedish language skills of interest, but certainly not required.
