This investment management firm in the city are currently looking for a Research Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Research Administrator will be responsible for providing meticulous support to the Research and Trust Management teams, assisting with company meetings and corporate access and supporting the investment research process. This will include reviewing and updating of processes and procedures, training documents, investment process slides, brochures etc, processing expenses and purchase orders, working closely with investor relations, providing secretarial support to committees and relevant meetings including collation of meeting papers and minute taking.
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures
- Minute taking
- Strong technical skills including good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to plan, prioritise and structure workflow
- Expense and purchase order processing experience desirable
