As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

You will be an experienced internals specialist, the role will involve managing the finishing trades to completion, Ensuring the internal finishes are to a high standard.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties: -

• Day to day management of Tradesman
• All aspects of Health & Safety
• Site inductions
• Progress reports to the Snr Management
• Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion

The successful candidate will have experience of working on high rise residential, Hotels or student accommodation.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
