A leading connectivity and technology provider in Manchester are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This business has gone from strength to strength expanding it’s reach and capabilities and it is recruiting across the business to support growth plans for 2021 and beyond.

This role requires someone who knows how to put the customer first. The primary objective is to ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of their contract, so when it does come to an end, why would they leave? This role does not carry any commercial responsibilities any sales or contract renewals will be handled by the sales team so you can really focus on the customers and their needs.

For this role you will need to have some experience in Customer Success with another technology business. Telecoms or Connectivity would be desired but not essential.

 

Responsibilities for this Customer Success Manager

  • Proactively build long term relationships with partners by delivering quality, high level customer management over the phone, email and face to face.
  • On-board new partners.
  • Understand the current needs of the partner through detailed ADP’s that enable the partner to grow & build strategies leading to an increased spend with the Wholesale team.
  • Deliver an excellent service to the partner with quick responses and pulling the right resource to tackle the challenge.
  • Carry out surveys, marketing and product questionnaires/activities to better understand our partner and their needs.
  • Discuss our products, customer pains and encourage upsell/cross sell of opportunities you can feed into the new business team.
  • Build great relationships between the customer and your operational teams.
  • Be the voice of the customer.
  • Bring competitor information into the business to ensure we always remain in the know and competitive.

 

Knowledge and experience for this Customer Success Manager

  • Ideally you currently working in the ISP, carrier or systems integrator space selling connectivity, Ethernet, MPLS, UTM , UC / Cloud Voice.
  • You will have a proven track record a similar role such as account management, customer success, customer relationship with customers.
  • Will understand the needs of end customers and bring fresh ideas to the business.
  • Collect, analyse and feedback competitor information to improve our competitiveness in the market place.
