Covid 19 Co-Ordination Support needed in Preston £15.33ph PAYE - Reference: 436218

 

The team has various responsibilities, including the following:

  • Identifies and resolves resource issues, ensuring that flexible worker arrangements are adopted to support the peaks / surge responses across functional and geographical areas. 
  • Undertakes risk management and develops action plans through collaborative working to mitigate and manage the risks. 
  • Refreshes and keeps updated the response plans including the Local Outbreak Management Plan.
  • Work with the Data Intelligence team to ensure data is fully understood, shared and acted upon. As part of this, manage/coordinate the demands and asks to ensure a timely and informative set of intelligence reports.

This role will be the primary support to the coordination team leads, with specific responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the team leads, their meeting schedules and reports
  • Monitoring project schedules 
  • Finalising reporting schedules 
  • General administration support

This role will be supporting the pandemic response and conducted remotely using MS Teams.

Ideally the candidate will:

• Be able to organise own workload in order to meet set deadlines.

• Have knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.

• Be able to deal politely and efficiently with colleagues whether by telephone, face to face, or in writing.  


This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
