Are you experienced in gifting and NPD, with a love for all things beauty?

Do you have the vision and ambition to develop new products from concept to creation?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a flair for NPD to join a growing challenger brand in the beauty sector. You will join a thriving NPD team, working in close conjunction with the Head of Beauty to craft gift ranges and concepts.

You will have ownership of the Gift P&L and so a tight grasp of numbers and market analysis will be key. Your analytical mindset will help you keep a close eye on EPOS reports, retailer strategy, margin targets and quality, from which you will identify new areas of opportunity.

Using your on-point project management skills to successfully manage product development projects from concept to launch, you will build relationships with the Far East suppliers, internal teams, and external agencies to ensure that products are landed right first time.

You will create and develop commercially viable concepts that will generate growth and achieve target KPIs, utilising your knowledge of the latest trends and innovation and taking full aesthetic ownership of the product.

You must have a proven track record in beauty, accessories and gift NPD and the ability to develop effective working relationships with both suppliers and retailers.
