Job Description:

37 hour per week contract role to start 10-12-17 until 02-03-18 with a possible extension.
Working in a busy call centre based in Dorchester. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Main job purpose
1. To deliver excellent Customer Service by meeting the needs of both internal and external customers by providing information, advice, guidance and support in relation to a specific service area, as appropriate follow necessary processes and service area guidance.
2. To deliver a specialised service requiring regular creativity and imagination to the resolution of problems and issues from a wide range of choices where option and outcomes are decided by the job holder within a general guidelines.
Liaison with other agencies and other interested parties in order to escalate specific issues and follow through to ensure resolution.
