Online Form Developer needed in Southampton £20.16ph PAYE - Reference: 5180724

Ideally candidates will have:

• A working knowledge, understanding and experience of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XLST and XML
• Good customer focus and should be able to utilise feedback from service areas and customers to drive improvements
• Comfortable being involved in all areas of the forms build process, including design, development, testing, issue resolution and going live
• Able to learn and use new IT systems and programs
• Capable of working flexibly within a team and collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders as required

This role will involve

• Working to create a consistent, efficient and seamless customer experience in line with the Customer Strategy and strategic outcomes.
• To help improve the online experience for our customers and improve efficiency to help achieve channel shift.
• Utilise your knowledge, understanding and experience of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XLST and XML to build the forms in the most effective way
• To use your excellent eye for detail to build and test forms.
• Take customer experience and feedback into account to identify opportunities to improve the development of our online services.

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
