This role will be offered initially as an apprentice wage to be reviewed after probation. Bonus is also available.

The main purpose of this role is to support the office and Consultants with a range of administrative duties and to manage the content of the website and social media platforms. Additional project or ad-hoc work may be applicable.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the office and Consultants with a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
  • Submitting adverts across the job boards and onto the website.
  • Assisting with creating CV templates on design system.
  • Support in the management of the CRM system, through loading data and updating key contact information.
  • Produce and support in generating email campaigns/social medial through the CRM system.
  • Manage website email inbox.
  • Manage social media platforms, liaise with consultants to produce and upload suitable content.
  • Creating blog and newsletter content.
  • Point of contact for general telephone queries that come into the office.
  • Ad-hoc project work, supporting Consultants with Recruitment and HR related projects.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone.
  • Knowledge of using and maintaining social media platforms are an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions (where required)
