Production Operative

Shifts - Working a family friendly day shift-based pattern, 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off, providing 2 weekends off in every 4. Days based from 6am to 6pm, with no nights

Location: Barrow Upon Soar, Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville

Salary - £24,700 23 days holidays, pension up to 11%

Brett Landscaping is an independent manufacturer of landscaping materials. Part of the Brett Group, the company supplies Aggregates, Asphalt and Concrete throughout the UK. The ethos of the company is to exceed customers’ expectations and to deliver quality products at competitive prices.

Due to the current pandemic the landscaping market is booming as homeowners are all looking to create magical garden spaces to be able to still meet with friends and family in a safe environment. They’ve also boosted the business by winning some large, long-term commercial contracts.

Brett is investing significant capital investment into their manufacturing equipment and site facilities over the coming years to take this manufacturing site to the next level and to become even more competitive in the landscaping marketplace.

I am recruiting on 5 operative roles to work on the production line. Now unlike some adverts I am going to tell you the good the bad and the indifferent as this role may not suit everyone…
