If you like the sound of the above, read on, you could be our next crucial hire. We're recruiting for a "Candidate Manager". It's a great introduction into recruitment without any sales involved. It's a role which will suit a 'peoples person' who loves building relationships and talking to people of all walks of life.

This role is all about making warm outbound calls, building relationships, categorising data and being highly organised. It evolves quickly, you'll learn how to write adverts, prepare candidates for interview, gain interview feedback, offer candidates new jobs (The best bit) and then continue to talk to them making sure their new job is perfect. You'll get to meet candidates in person when they're local and also visit clients.

We need a friendly, outgoing, professional, conscientious person who has experience on the phone and can evidence being organised!
