ROLE: Project Coordinator

Location: Bristol

Salary: £23,500

My client are a leading provider of large format and bespoke graphics solutions working across various different industries including Sports, Retail, Exhibitions etc.

Job Summary: 

Assisting with overall project management responsibility as assigned by a specific account manager. Price tenders and small works, using in house systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meticulous attention for detail.
• Ensure that all work is completed to client guidelines.
• The ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management.
• Schedule jobs through the business to ensure in time full delivery.
• Read building plans to translate into quotations.
• Liaise internally with design, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets
• To source/order any additional non-standard items required
• Ensure clarity our in-house system is always up to date with any changes that are required. Input quotations into clarity for the relevant Account Director to cost.

Other Responsibilities:

• Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business.
• Assist projects through the business
• To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients of Artworks Solutions.
• To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
• To promote and maintain a positive image of Artworks Solutions at all times.

Required

• Highly organized and can work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
