Change Lead needed in Grays £275.00 per day PAYE - Reference: 436647 

The clients are seeking two experienced and credible change leads to support the HR & OD function in delivering transformation activity related to business change and people. The posts will report into the Strategic Leads for People and OD and HR, Improvement and Resourcing.

• Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by the project

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

• Use HR expertise to drive people efficiencies and support services to design and implement future proof structures that deliver services

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
