Assistant Team Manager needed in Dudley £20.46ph PAYE - Reference: 436130

This role will involve:

• With the Team Manager, lead a team of professional and unqualified staff.
• To contribute to the work of the Adult Care Division within the framework of Divisional and Directorate priorities.
• To manage the workload primarily of the Team and other teams if required.
• To be responsible for the day to day operational management of the designated teams, including the implementation of priorities, policies and procedures and the operation of the duty system
• To fulfil the requirements for continuing registration with the Health Professional Council (HPC)

Ideally candidates will have:

• Professional Occupational Therapy Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
• It is essential for the post holder to have demonstrable experience of IT skills – experience and knowledge of computerised database systems e.g. swift, AIS, word, excel

This is working part time hours  (30 per week) on a temporary contract basis
