UX/UI Designer

I am currently working with an international sports media brand who are evolving the business with new products and features. They are currently going through a high growth phase with money invested into the people and the products. The business is significantly growing the teams’ sizes to support their commercial growth on an international basis.

The UX/UI Designer position will be based out of the office in London on a mostly remote basis. Some travel to London will be required. The UX/UI Designer will be joining a growing team on the Media side of the business. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas including UX Research, UI Design and UX Development. The successful candidate for this UX/UI Designer position will have responsible for:

• Working closely with several internal stakeholders to identify and areas of improvement.
• Gathering user requirements and becoming the voice of the end user. Representing their needs and requirements internally.
• Using various UX methods such as workshops, analysing data, rapid prototyping, and collaborative design critique sessions.
• Taking ownership of the product landscape. Leading the way on design patterns and proposals.

The ideal candidate for the UX/UI Designer position will have experience in the following areas:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a UX/UI Designer/Researcher role.
• Previous experience putting your ideas into designs & wireframes.
• Product focused experience.
• Comfortable with design software such as Sketh or Figma.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
