Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £27,000

Working hours: 37.25 per week, Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:15pm

 

This is a great opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a market leading manufacturing company based in Basingstoke

 

As a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:

- Keeping customer up to date with the status of their orders

- Process quotes and sales orders

- Pricing checks and construct part number

- Working closely with different departments to ensure customers orders are on track and support where required

 

The suitable French Speaking Customer Service Administrator will have the following experience:

- Fluent in French – verbal and written

- Previous customer service and administration experience

- Computer literate
