Job description:

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for the following within the ServiceNow IT Operations Management and Integrations (ITOM) areas:

·      Provide expertise in the design, description and support of the solution response(s) to specific business problems relating to ITOM using ServiceNow and other strategic tool sets.

·      Provide leadership and a technical vision for the solution(s) required in order to achieve and evidence business goals and maximise efficiencies and savings where possible.

·      Assure the implementation and delivery of the overall solution(s).

·      Work with multi-disciplinary teams for best use data, applications and technology to deliver business change and achieve organisational objectives, whilst supporting the design and development of services and products.

·      Ensure alignment to business strategy and governance decisions.

·      Documents the solution.

·      Analyse impacts of new requirements in order to reduce risk and impacts and ensure stakeholders are aware of implications.

·      Provide controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions.

Essential:

·      ServiceNow Certification in appropriate area(s).

·      Experience as a Solutions Architect with ServiceNow specific knowledge

·      Understanding of Agile delivery

Desirable:

·      Solutions Architect Certification

·      Hold a professional registration such as MBCS / RITTech

·   ITIL qualified
