£8.91 per hour and paid mileage

We’re seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our family of Care Assistants to provide care to a range of individuals.

As a Reablement worker you will be working as support to re-enable individuals to regain daily life skills to enable them to live independently in their own homes.  You will work with the individuals supporting and encouraging them with day to day tasks.

We know that enabling people to continue living in the place they feel most comfortable can help them enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities of a Reablement Support Worker vary depending on our customers’ needs and requirements but you should expect to support with the following:

• Providing personal care – Washing, bathing, toileting
• Preparation of meals
• Support with medication
• Light domestic duties
• Visits out into the community
