Seeking a French speaking Europe Division Finance Manager.

About The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be based at the site in Epsom, Surrey and will be required to travel to the various European offices on a regular basis. This full time role is suited to a candidate who has experience of working in a fast paced environment, can design processes to streamline and achieve efficiency and is able to effect change sensitively and successfully. You will be constantly striving to deliver finance support to a high standard, be an excellent communicator and be able to provide evidence of seeking improvements in all aspects of finance responsibilities.

  • Support the Europe Companies through the integration transition into Science Group
  • Consolidate monthly results of the group of companies, review and provide insightful variance analysis
  • Work closely with the MD and senior management across the companies to identify appropriate KPIs and implement regular reporting to assist with critical decision making
  • Support the business during the transition to implement Group policies such as pricing of customer contracts and finance terms of contracts to ensure they are in compliance
  • Lead regular revenue and P&L forecasting and the annual financial Planning cycle

About You

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent
  • Must have solid Business Partnering experience
  • Fluent in one European language other than English, for one of the countries within the Group, preferably French
  • Effective communicator, able to engage and explain financial results to business personnel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with multiple stakeholders
  • Capable of working effectively and efficiently under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • An analytical approach to resolving problems and finding effective solutions
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
