The company mainly services the SME market in the Southeast, across a broad range of industries and, having weathered Covid, are once again expanding. 

The company has an excellent reputation for reliability, trust and service - and a loyal customer base who, although has various support contracts in place, has never properly been upsold to. 

There’s a HUGE potential here to upsell a wide range of additional services (MS 365, Azure, Cyber Security, Connectivity, MS licence upgrades) – all of which would really benefit the customer-base – and the company is seeking a person who can really focus on this excellent opportunity.

Reporting to the sales manager, this position requires a results-orientated sales account manager who has the drive for sales but the soft skills to manage and care for the customer base.

Candidates should have a proven track-record in IT sales, ideally as an IT account manager for a MSP.
