Job Description:

Interim EA/PA to the CEO

The client; is a rapidly expanding manufacturer with a head office in Chessington Surrey.

The role: this is a varied and very busy role based in a friendly organisation. This is initially an interim role for 3 months with a high possibility of being extended or be made permanent. As this is initially an interim we need an experienced EA/PA who can ‘hit the ground running’. Your duties would include

  • EA to CEO duties such as diary management, to do list items, travel and other expense claims administration, manage travel budget
  • Diary management; organising travel (UK and international/ visa etc), organising weekly roster, organise staff travel arrangements
  • MS Office including producing PowerPoint presentations from scratch
  • Produce board reports
  • Office management duties – ordering office equipment etc

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Complex Diary management skills/ experience
  • Previous experience of supporting high level personnel
  • First class communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint
  • General all round Administration experience
  • IT skills - Excel; Word and Microsoft Outlook
