Full-time contract role to start on 04-12-17 until 30-03-18 with a possible extension.
You need to be Microsoft MCSE qualified.
Provide technical expertise to install, configure, upgrade, administer, monitor and maintain corporate desktop, server infrastructure, networks and voice operational systems and services within the Client.
To support by assisting with the monitoring, maintenance and installation of systems to agreed standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all incidents are responded to and resolved within the agreed service levels.
KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Good working knowledge of all aspects of Windows (MCP desirable) and servers/desktop devices including Citrix, PABX, VOIP.
High level of customer satisfaction and strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels.
Excellent organiser of time and tasks. Has good listening, verbal, and written skills
Personal presence and track record to communicate effectively and command respect from staff at all levels.
Previous experience of working in a large diverse organisation with a range of different IT skills
