Do you want to be part of a dynamic hair and beauty brand?

Do you have a strong e-commerce sales background in skincare, haircare or other FMCG products?

You are a driven Junior Account Manager or Executive with experience managing pure player accounts such as Amazon, Cult Beauty and Feel Unique.

With a highly strategic approach, you will be responsible for planning and executing key initiatives to ensure brand visibility across online partners whilst also achieving sales goals.

You excel at building relationships and working with cross-functional teams. You are confident presenting to and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will implement strategies and identify business development opportunities, supported by clear plans, working closely with Trade, Commercial and Design Departments to ensure organisational alignment.

Your excellent commercial awareness enables you to successfully manage and analyse sales activities, performance and trends. You are first class in strategy, forecasting, monitoring stock commitment, pricing and margins, with P&L accountability.

You will work closely with your accounts to develop and execute joint business plans and build brand awareness through marketing and promotional activity, always looking to improve the customer journey and touchpoints across their websites. Supporting cross-channel efforts, providing relevant collateral and organising assets for each partner.

You will be working in an exciting and friendly office environment where everybody has a “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” attitude.
