Main Duties and Responsibilities in Brief but not limited to for the Production Administrator/Expeditor

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to for the Production Administrator/Expeditor

  1. Using the ERP system, you will be required to ensure parts from various departments come together for dispatch aligning both SAM’s OOB and the customers’ requirements.
  2. You will be required to attend the 9 o’clock meeting and indicate at the earliest date those orders that are at risk and could have a financial impact to the company.
  3. Any due dates that will be missed must be notified to the customer giving at least 3 days’ notice.
  4. As part of your role, you will be required to complete all customers OOB on time.
  5. You will be required to liaise closely with the TM to make sure that parts will reach the inspection in good time to be delivered on time and in full.
  6. It will be your responsibility produce purchase orders and to liaise with finishing suppliers so that parts are received in good time to achieve the customers delivery dates
  7. You will liaise with the TM and organise all areas of logistics maintaining the customer OTD

  7. The job holder will report any area of concern to their Manager.
  8. The job holder will at all times carry out their duties and conduct with due regard to the Company’s policies
