What you can expect

As Project Leader Process Chemistry, you will:
o Provide technical expertise to our PAM sites globally ensuring best practice and world class quality across technologies.

o Advise site management on chemical and technical issues within the flocculant manufacturing group.

o Support the commissioning of new plant by inputting your technical knowledge and expertise to the on-site commissioning teams.

o Support technology transfer across sites in support of the business model.

o Evaluate and introduce new/alternative raw materials for the flocculant manufacturing platform globally.

o Act as the project lead to ensure that new products and processes are successfully introduced.

What we expect
o You are educated to Honours degree level in Chemistry/other relevant discipline.

o You have a wide technical knowledge and experience of process chemistry.

o You have experience of driving process improvements within a relevant industry.

o You have experience of leading technical projects and working with site based operational and engineering teams.

o You are computer literate across Microsoft Office.
