Role: Cinema Manager

Multiple Cinema Manager positions are available to work for one of the top 5 UK & Europe cinema operators across the UK. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the cinema, driving the commercial aspects of the business and leading employees in order to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will ensure that cinema is fully functional, compliant with health & safety regulations, keeping up to speed with policies and procedures.
The Manager will be a people person with a great passion for customer service, who can inspire their team to deliver and help them to develop by providing an engaging working environment in order to meet KPIs.
