Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst role will play a key role to support sales teams in EMEA and APAC by providing appropriate data to improve sales productivity and resource effectiveness.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Work with sales teams in EMEA /APAC and US Sales Ops to provide appropriate data (reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, fulfilment, process, SFDC, general issues/questions, etc.) 
  • Cross-functional support to help resolve issues or process changes for Inside Sales, Channel, Field Marketing, Support, and Finance.
  • Coordinate with US Sales Ops to facilitate any changes needed in SFDC. 
  • Help in implementing business processes relating the sales organization and supporting roles involved with sales. 
  • Support the improvement of existing sales operations policies/procedures with US Sales Ops and EMEA/APJ Sales leaders
  • Maintain reports and dashboards (forecast, opportunities, and list views for data cleansing).
  • Provide regular updates regarding activity in Sales theatres.
  • SFDC data clean-up and proactive monitoring support. 
  • Identify areas of improvement to the Sales Operations team to help scale the business. 
  • Assist with preparation of quotes and liaising with deal desk; ad hoc support to help communicate or assist with any pricing changes for channel partners.
  • Scaling the Sales Ops function to meet the needs of International expansion.

Candidates should possess

  • Tertiary education to Batchelor Degree level. 
  • Previous Sales Operations or Customer Service experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in working with SFDC and a background in a tech organisation with an SFDC ecosystem
  • Analytical, problem solving skills, and a team player. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to identify process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
