Job Description:

Our client: A commercial property business

The role: Centre Manager

Location: Stratford

Contract: January 2018- June 2018

Main Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with all the tenant on daily basis in order to maintain good customer relations, on-going client care and the servicing of their business needs to foster constructive and cooperative relations.
  • Deal efficiently and quickly with all complaints.
  • To be the first point of contact for all building queries
  • Foster constructive and cooperative relations with the customers.
  • Conduct viewings of vacant space and encourage new lettings
  • Familiarisation with all existing customers.
  • Encourage inter-company trading.
  • Understand the lettings procedure from initial enquiry to final vacancy.

Estate Management

  • To be familiar with the Centre`s systems, services and customers.
  • Ensure the systems in place operate efficiently and well.
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • To run the Reception, office administration and bureau facilities within the Centre/s to the highest professional levels.
  • To manage the conference room booking systems and ensure high standards of presentation at all times.

Key Skills Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Numerate with good English, both written and spoken.
  • Sound I. T. knowledge and good typing speeds.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Confidence and common sense.
  • Presentable and personable.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised within company procedures and with guidance from the line management.
  • Good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and proven ability to work in a customer facing role.
  • Flexible approach to the tasks required and the hours of duty.
