This position will see you join our client’s Cloud Technical Support Team. You will provide Technical Support for their EMEA based customers from their offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
You will join a team of passionate trouble-shooters, who love to solve tricky technical issues. Along with supporting their product/cloud services, you will also be exposed to a range of different environments and technologies, testing your techy abilities to the max!
Along with solving technical cases, you will also be involved in helping customers get the best out of their environments, whilst also helping with documentation in solving new issues.
