You will join an Enterprise Global Leading Software company based in Reading, Berkshire. You will have the opportunity to gain in depth training and take your technical experience to a new level whilst working with market leading clients within the IT space.

Troubleshooting complex cases is the core part of this position therefore our client are looking for a candidate with a passion for troubleshooting and a strong desire to learn.

Key Skills Required

You will have experience with supporting or administrating Windows Server 2008/2012

You will have a good understanding of Networking Protocols and Commands

You will have a solid understanding and support skills with Active Directory

You will have experience with at least ONE of the following technologies:

  • VMware
  • Hyper-V
  • Exchange Server
  • SQL Server
  • SAN or NAS Storage
  • Backup Software (Such as a BackupExec, NetBackup, Commvault etc…)

You will have the ability to think quickly on your feet whilst dealing with multiple cases at once.

You can demonstrate previous self-learning projects to advance your technical knowledge.

You love to tackle tricky technical cases!
