Job Description:

Our client is a global company that specialises in performance improvement through training and development. They have an opportunity for a professional and creative individual to support their field-based Sales Executives in Germany.

Your role will be to identify potential new clients to support the business development activities of the field sales team. Using a combination of search tools such as Google, CRM and social media, you will research and source leads in Germany and approach prospects through email marketing, cold calling and social media to introduce the business' services. You will work towards booking a targeted number of new business meetings and work as a team to generate revenue. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Executives and created proposals and presentations. You will also support the extensive event's diary, managing attendee communications and the event enrolment process.

To be considered for this position, you must be a fluent German speaker. Previous experience working in a telesales or customer service position would be advantageous. This role comes with the benefit of remote working two days per week, 25 days annual leave, Company contributory pension and a bonus scheme on the successful completion of your 3-month probation period.
