Package - £60,000 - £70,000 basic plus bonus, excellent pension

My client is a leading independent heavy side construction manufacturing company that has had an incredible year of growth and exceeded all expectations for profits gained this year.

Due to a recent promotion, we are recruiting for Operations manager to run an incredibly well-run site.

The role

You will oversee and manage three managers that manage 80 staff members

This is a busy site with an operation that runs 5 days a week, days and nights.

You will be overly responsible for operational budgets and P&L, large scale capex projects, health and safety, production targets, people management and culture of the site. You will report to the Group Operations Director that has recently been promoted into this role but has many years’ experience within the business.
