CLASS 1 DRIVERS 45 HOUR WEEK PICK A SHIFT

The salaries advertised are for genuine 45 working hour weeks – anything above this is paid at overtime rate giving excellent earning potential. This is a long term on-going position, which gives you a  real advantage when applying for permanent positions with DHL itself as these positions do come up regularly.

We need workers to be flexible at least able to have start times 4 hours apart – you could chose start times varying between 00:00-04:30, 19:30-23:30. There is examples of per annum pro rata earnings on our current min 9 hour shifts and we are guaranteeing min 9 hour shifts 5 day working weeks until at least mid January! In Jan it will be reviewed and may become 8 hour shifts but you can still get plenty of work if you are very flexible with working times (below salaries are based on the 9 hr work which right now you don’t have to work to be paid the min 9 hr, in Jan you may have to work the extra hour as OT to get paid it)

• Mon-Fri Start times between 00:30-04:30 - £41,613 – £43,557 per annum pro rata
• Mon-Fri Start times between 05:00-09:00 - £39,520 – £41,413 per annum pro rata
• Mon-Fri Start times between 12:00-16:00 - £40,417 – £42,549 per annum pro rata
• Mon-Fri Start times between 16:00-20:00 - £42,549 – £44,395 per annum pro rata
• Mon-Fri Start times between 19:30-23:30 - £44,400 per annum pro rata

Working for us on behalf of one of the leading parcel delivery companies DHL, you will be responsible to get all the relevant paperwork signed off and have it with you at the end of your shift to hand over at the main desk and when returning to the main depot.

THE DRIVER MUST HAVE:

• Valid C + E licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• Requirements prior to employment
• Min age 21
• No min number of years experience but must pass assessment
• 5 year work history (gaps over 28 need a gap reference)
