Job Title: B2B Telesales Executive
Salary: Competitive Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (Basic Salary) OTE - £50,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

Our client is looking for a passionate, target driven, highly motivated sales individual with experience in a telesales/telemarketing environment. You will be someone who thrives on achieving results as they are looking to rapidly expand their successful Sales Team.
You will be responsible for business development, speaking to new clients (business’s) daily and offering the benefits of upgrading their current telephone systems to brand new, future rich solutions. You will be mainly making outbound calls and setting up appointments (lead generation) for the Field Sales Mangers to attend with the relevant decision maker/s.
Key Skills Needed:
- Experience in B2B Telemarketing
- Confident on the phone
- Career driven
- A competitive basic salary. (Depending on Experience)
- Uncapped and industry leading commission structure.
- Weekly and Monthly Incentives: paid lunches, early finishes, and days out.
- 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (No weekends)
