Our construction client are a successful family run business, who employ over 100 staff in South Gloucestershire.  They have been trading for over 30 years and are currently growing their ‘office functions.

They are currently looking for an Administrator who could potentially progress into an Office Manager.  This is a rare opportunity for someone to come into their business, initially complete a compliance administration project for an up and coming audit and the role after that time if successfully completed would progress in the business.

The role would entail data entry, documentation organisation for a company fleet management audit but the business requires an Office Manager on a permanent basis.  This project requires you to work at speed and be accurate, paying particular attention to detail.  It will be utilising existing systems and creating a new one to complete the audit.

As Office Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in a full range of admin duties as you will be managing all aspects of the operations administration, HR policies, staff training, finance/Accounting/Accounting Administration, accounts payable Ensuring the completion of routine clerical and accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Payroll schedules for outsourced staff, transport and other office functions, timesheet processing and managing day to day transactions, posting daily receipts, encoding accounting entries for data processing.

Making sure staff records are up to date, holiday and sick records, weekly timesheets are accurately recorded with managers and running weekly.

This role is £10 per hour for the first 3-4 weeks during the data entry compliance project, then offers a salary between £23 - £28k on a permanent basis.
