Key Accountabilities:

  • All -maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health and security
  • Responsible for the day to day logistics movements of physical records across site in line with the project schedule, security and business policies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • All -Responsible for undertaking other duties as reasonably required from time to time by line and task management.
  • Assisting the Audit Lead to help shape the project, with specific focus on project Data tracking and reporting to allow planning, scheduling
  • Providing agreed outputs and ensuring that the information/data being gathered are of the standard and quality that will enable successful Phase 2
  • Audit plans and schedules to be built and executed
  • Produce weekly Logistics schedules
  • Monitoring and updating Logistics schedule
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress throughout the Audit
  • Accurately input data into trackers and reports, quality check to ensure no mistakes
  • Assist with the update of Work Instructions and the Audit Process
  • Assist with running workshops
  • Liaise with Cabinet Owners for further investigation of factsheets and retrieval of records
  • Ensure timely completion of data collection activities as scheduled and report any constraints or blockers to the Audit Lead
  • Suggest Audit work/improvements as they become apparent to assist with business improvement and efficiency
  • Working closely with the Audit Lead supplying relevant data to allow Logistics schedules to be built.



Skills :

  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft products are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of input and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, fluent and unambiguous in the exchange of information at all levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to deliver services in accordance with known standards following agreed processes/procedures
  • Ability to own and deliver the service including resolving issues encountered along the way
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines
  • Good time management skills
