About the Company

A leading international law firm are looking to hire a HR Assistant on a permanent basis to focus on supporting their Partner population.

About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role works alongside a Senior HR Advisor and Manager, with full responsibility for HR administration. This includes:

  • Employee lifecycle (starters/leavers)
  • Manage inductions
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Assist with remuneration and benefits
  • Maintaining the HR database + reporting
  • Assisting with tracking budgets
  • Support with projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous administration experience and have worked in a professional services environment or studied law. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
